Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment on a monthly or annual plan.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@campusbeacon.app and we will help arrange it.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal inside Campus Beacon. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request.

When a subscription ends you may export your student, attendance and welfare records for 30 days. After that, data is deleted or anonymised in line with our privacy notice.
